College Visit - Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
October 2nd (Saturday)2004.
** We went the night before, stayed at an Embassy Suites Hotel, visited and then stopped off at this funny shoe store (in Black Earth) and at the American Players Theatre in Spring Green (to see Eliot) **

We ate at Outback Restaurant. This was a huge, fried onion ring. Nasty, but good.


Carroll College was literally on the other side of the tracks.


So at 9:15am, we were there for our tour.












After the college tour, we drove/walked around Waukesha. This is the Fox River walk. Had lunch at a rather strange lunch stop on the corner.





Eliot visited a shoe store stuck in the middle of nowhere. And it really was the best shoestore and literally in the middle of Black Earth, Wisconsin. Nice bovine.


In Spring Green, we brought Eliot a Cow Cookie. It broke. We fixed it.









After a while, Carly got restless. She decided to lift and toss a couple of boulders.
Eliot calls this the MacBeth Boulder.
